Ardoise and SureSkills today announced a partnership to bring AI-native learning to enterprises across the markets SureSkills serves, beginning with the UK and the Nordics. The two companies will go to market together, combining Ardoise's AI-native learning platform with SureSkills' three decades of learning design and delivery expertise.

The partnership pairs two complementary strengths. Ardoise brings a platform built for AI from the ground up rather than retrofitted onto legacy systems: curated AI-native courses, an AI-assisted authoring studio, and skills labs where learners practice real interactions with conversational AI. SureSkills brings what turns a platform into outcomes: instructional design, content production, and the deployment know-how to roll learning out across large, distributed workforces.

The partnership also answers a question many L&D teams are quietly sitting on: what happens to the content they have already built?
